Actress Im Yoon-ah from Girls' Generation won the person of the year award at a Chinese awards ceremony.

The singer-actress attended the 2019 COSMO GLAM NIGHT held at the Jing An Shangri-La Hotel in Shanghai in December 3. She was honored to be given the "(Tradition-dream)People of this Year" award, which was divided into five categories: beauty, love, craftsmanship, dreams, and fashion.
The 2019 COSMO GLAM NIGHT is one of the most prestigious awards ceremonies in the world of fashion and entertainment in China.

In particular, Im Yoon-ah, with 9.4 million viewers, showed her outstanding performance through the movie "Exit" which became the most popular film this summer. The movie has also won the Blue Star Film Award which is this year's most popular star award, plus the Japan Film Awards, Women's Popular Star Award, Asian Star Awards, Asian Face Award, and AAA (Asia Artist Awards).

After receiving the Best Artist Award and Best Social Artist Award in the Actress category, she once again received the award at the awards ceremony with the highest recognition in China, making her the "Queen of Asia."

Besides, Im Yoon-ah has appeared in the Chinese drama "God of war, Zhao Yun" and has been popular as the "Korean Goddess" exceeding 10 billion views, and at the awards ceremony, she spoke in fluent Chinese.

Meanwhile, She was chosen as the winner of the Asian Stars Up Next Awards, hosted by the Macau International Film Festival & Awards Macao (IFFAM) and Variety, one of America's leading entertainment media, to attend the Macau International Film Festival.
