On December 4, the police officials handling Cha In Ha's case have released a statement. They said they won't be performing an autopsy on the singer's body as per the bereaved family's wish.

A representative said, "There are no specific details to share regarding the actor's death. We cannot perform an autopsy also due to the family's wish. The investigation has already been made and there was no suicide note or will found. We cannot tell you the exact cause of death cause the autopsy is not permitted. Thank you."

On December 3rd, the SURPRISE U actor was found dead at home by his manager. He was only 27 years old. The actor's agency, Fantagio, also announced that the family has wished to have his funeral and burial rites done privately and that fans should respect this decision.
