"Touch" is a drama that centers the story of a makeup artist named Cha Jung Hyuk played by Joo Sang Wook that became unemployed and the failure idol trainee Han Soo Yeon played by Kim Bo Ra as they work with each other to achieve their new dreams.
Cha Jeong-Hyeok (Joo Sang-Wook) in this story was a popular make-up artist, who tried to achieve perfection, but he is currently in debt and unemployed. Han Soo-Yeon (Kim Bo-Ra) trained for a long time (10 years) in order to become an idol. She then joined in an audition program to become an idol.
A mysterious case caused Han Soo-Yeon to get ejected from the program. She then finds her new goal which is being a make-up artist. And as fate has it, Han Soo-Yeon meets Cha Jeong-Hyeok who is back as a make-up artist. She begins working as his assistant and they eventually fall in love with each other.
