Jeon Hye Jin, a talented South Korean Actress, is known for the drama films that she starred in such as the historical drama called The Throne in 2015 which was the drama where she won the Blue Dragon Film Award for best-supporting Actress.
Recently, it has been confirmed that she is joining Bae Doona, Cho Seung Wo, Lee Joon Hyuk and more in season 2 of one the highest-rated Korean dramas in cable television history called "Forest of Secrets" or "Stranger."
The Forest of Secrets revolves around a man who underwent brain surgery when he was very young named Hwang Shi Mok, which is portrayed by Actor Cho Seung Woo. He grows up to work as a prosecutor. He is fair with his judgments but he is very cold and isolated. He is also one of the few prosecutors who is not involved with corruption.
Later on, he meets Police Lieutenant Han yeo Jin who is portrayed by Bae Doo Na after a murder crime scene is introduced to him with a dead boy involved. Police Lieutenant Han yeo Jin and Prosecutor Hwang Shi Mok team up to eliminate corruption at his worksite and solve a mysterious murder case.
On the 13th day of January, a representative from tvN or Total Variety Network informed CBS No Cut News confirmed that Jeon Hye Jin is joining the season 2 of the drama "Forest of Secrets". HODU & U Entertainment, Jeon Hye Jin's company also confirmed the news and said: "It is correct that actress Jeon Hye Jin is starring in season 2 of the drama, Forest of Secrets and additionally mentioned that it could make her character even stronger."
The drama, Forest of the Secrets season two is the continuation of the 2017 tvN drama collection, and will also be written by author Lee Soo Yeon who has written a successful drama called Life and she also wrote the primary script for Forest of Secrets or Stranger. She also won Best Screenplay for her writing in drama, Stranger or Forest of Secrets in 2018.
The directing of the film can vary through producing director Ahn Kil Ho to Producing director Park Hyun Suk who has other previous works such as Just Dance, Uncontrollably Fond and The Princess' Man.
Actors and actresses included in the drama are Cho Seung Woo who embraces the role of Hwang Si Mok, kind and sympathetic Police Lieutenant Han yeo Jin who is portrayed by Bae Doo Na who is also joined by other talented actors and actresses such as with Yoon Se Ah, Lee Joon Hyuk, and Choi Moo Sung.
Forest of Secrets or commonly known as Strangers will tell the story of an emotionless, isolated prosecutor and a kind, sympathetic and compassionate police offer working together to stop unjust practices such as corruption in their field of work and solve the heinous murder cases that they will encounter together.
