South Korea has announced that according to the country's Central Disaster Relief Headquarters that there was an additional death from the novel coronavirus on Tuesday morning thus making the national death toll to 29.

There were new infections announced by the South Korean Centers for Disease Control earlier thus making the East Asian country's total number of cases past 4,800 which is considered the biggest outbreak outside mainland China.

It is reported that Actor Lee Min Ho has joined other celebrities in donating to help aid coronavirus relief efforts. The famous actor made his donations to 8 different organizations for a total amount of 300 million KRW. These are the organizations that actor Lee Min Ho gave out his donations: : Fruit of Love, Good Neighbors, Love Bridge, Save the Children, Green Umbrella, and 3 other children's associations.

Lee Min Ho's monetary donations will be utilized to aid those children in low-income families who are in need of medical and preventative help.

Here are more South Korean celebrities that have donated to aid South Korea's efforts in combating COVID-19:

• On February 29, WINNER's Kim Jin Woo shelled out 10 million won (approximately $8,400) to Hope Bridge Disaster Relief Association.
• 2PM's Junho wholeheartedly donated 30 million won (approximately $25,200) to World Vision.
• Famous singer Kim Bum Soo, TWICE's Dahyun, and Lee Jung Jae all donated through the Community Chest of Korea. Kim Bum Soo donated the amount of 100 million won (approximately $84,000), TWICE's Dahyun gave out 50 million won (approximately $42,000), and Lee Jung Jae share is 100 million won.
• VICTON's Byungchan released a donation confirmation on his Instagram, stating that even if it's not a big amount, he hopes it helps those in need.
• Loco gave out 30 million won to World Vision.
• Yoo Ji Tae donated 10 million won to the Hope Bridge Disaster Relief Association.
• Jung Joon Ha released the amount of 20 million won (approximately $16,800) to be used for healthcare professionals.
• Hong Jin Young gave out 20,000 masks to those in need.
• EXO's Suho donated a hefty amount of 50 million won to the Community Chest of Korea.
• Jun Hyun Moo donated 100 million won also to the Community Chest of Korea.
• MONSTA X donated the amount of 100 million won to the Good Neighbors.
• EXO's Kai donated the amount of 50 million won to Hope Bridge Disaster Relief Association.
• Ko So Young donated 50 million won cash as well as 50 million won's worth of masks to Holt Children's Services.
• The pretty TWICE's Nayeon donated 50 million won to the Community Chest of Korea.
• Park Na Rae donated 50 million won to Community Chest of Korea and gave out 10,000 masks to Plan Korea.
• G.O and Choi Ye Seul both donated 20 million won to the Hope Bridge Disaster Relief Association.
