The couple Rain and Kim Tae Hee not only play great actors but make it well in helping others. Giving back and helping other businesses who rent part of their buildings due to the scare of Coronavirus.

The Coronavirus outbreak as of Wednesday reported South Korean 516 extra cases. The latest high total number of patients reaching 5,328 rising to 32 deaths. The country faces the highest number of cases after China. To note down that China recently only recorded 119 new cases even if they ranked number one for the longest time. The government is trying to make all possible solutions to prevent the outbreak. The entertainment world is doing preliminary measures. These are to ensure that actors filming within this period are safe.

The drama series like "When The Weather is Fine" decided to have seven days rest for the cast members to ensure that everybody will not be in danger. The main actress of the drama Park Min Young assures her followers that she is negative for any symptoms of the said illness. She travels to Milan, Italy to attend Milan Fashion Week 2020. Many South Korean actors are donating millions to aid people in the fight against Coronavirus.

With all the changes around South Korea, Rain and his wife Kim Tae Hee made also their efforts to help local tenants of their Gangnam building. They reached out due to the said Coronavirus outbreak the market sales already affected. People refrain from going out and only bought medical supplies and groceries. The couple decided for March space rentals will be at a 50 percent discount. Both respective couples are making adjustments to help aid the tenants' low revenues and may continue with their business.

Kim Tae Hee owned the private building for lease in Gangnam's Yeoksam-dong while her husband Rain owned sites in Gangnam's Chungdam-dong. The Gangnam district is one of the lucrative places in South Korea, high scrapers building and real state are way too expensive. The place itself more likely to compare with Beverly Hills in California.

The couple has helped with various charities to donate part of their income. They have 2 lovely daughter's and on each of the child's 100th day, Kim Tae Hee donated 100 million won to her chosen church. Her husband Rain focuses on helping non-profit organizations around Southeast Asia. He's into building drinkable safe water and water wells for poor places to get access to it.

Rain will have an upcoming drama series titled "Endless August" with no confirmed date of broadcast. His last acting role in the movie "Race to Freedom: Um Bok Dong" the last year 2019. In drama series, Rain played the main role in "Welcome to Life 2". Kim Tae Hee took a leave after their marriage and giving birth to their second child last year. Her comeback drama series is now making good ratings for its heartwarming scenes in "Hi Bye, Mama".
