Just recently, the YangYang Surfing School revealed some behind-the-scenes story from a scene in the hit drama "The World of the Married," where the actors Kim Hee Ae and Lee Moo Saeng were in a life-threatening situation.
The said actors were at risk of drowning. It happened when the cast was filming a specific scene in its Episode 14th, where the character of actress Kim Hee Ae attempted to take her own life by drowning herself in the ocean. Then, there was a part where Lee Moo Saeng's character had to rush and save her from drowning.
Unfortunately, the actors were caught in a situation where they can't help but be swept away due to the strong waves. Both of them were swept by the waves so far that they needed to call and deploy the rescue team to save them from the water.
The YangYang surfing school shared their side of the story and explained that they suddenly received a call asking for their cooperation for surfing rescue during the filming of the particular scene. Since it was a scene where actress Kim Hee Ae was present, the team agreed to cooperate with excitement. They further explained that during the filming, both actors were unexpectedly swept away from the shore.
As soon as the dangerous situation took place, the rescue team hurriedly did their rescue operations just one minute later. They managed to bring the two actors back to safety.
The surfing school was able to document the incident and shared it. However, they deleted it shortly after.
