And as resourceful as they are, the cast and crew decided to do the same thing, "So we put each one in a separate suitcase after wrapping them really carefully with tons of bubble wrap."
Park So Dam said that each (Oscar) trophy weighs about six kilograms, approximately 13 pounds. She continued explaining what had happened to them when they finally arrived at the airport, "They're really heavy. And because they're made of metal, and we had bundled them up so carefully in so much material, [security at the airport] mistook them for weapons. We had wrapped them in so much stuff, and since they were long and heavy, we got stopped at the airport."
The 29-year-old star can still vividly remember their funny experiences, and she went on with a bubbly and happy laugh, "The security agents were really shocked when they saw that they were trophies. So, we wrapped them back up in bubble wrap and went back home safely."
After sharing what had happened to their team, Park So Dam and the whole crew just made another winning and unexpected moment, not anymore on stage but on their way home at the airport.
