On Dal (Na In Woo) finally knows how to fight and use his sword. But he is yet to learn how not to be emotionally invested when in the middle of a fight.
On Dal and Pyeonggang's Unexpected Clash in the Middle of Their Training
Princess Pyeonggang (Kim So Hyun) had successfully made On Dal a strong warrior, who will save his people against the tribes sent by enemies.
However, as they continue to be together, they simultaneously reveal who they really are.
On Dal begins to doubt the princess with her gestures. He finds her fearless and competitive when it comes to facing battles and doesn't even care if she needs to take someone's life with her sword.
For one last time, On Dal and the princess went to the mountain to train, but they are more competitive this time as if they are each other's foe.
On Dal felt something strange about the princess - about them. The gaze that Pyeonggang had during their sword fight looked powerful and intense.
After the training, On Dal went to Pyeonggang and hugged her. The sincerity that they showed to each other warmed the hearts of the viewers. But this was also a sign that after molding Dal's capabilities to the fullest, the princess would head back to the palace and do her best to be the first woman to lead the kingdom.
On Dal, on the other hand, would continue to be one of the best warriors in their tribe and soon become a general.
Go Gun Tries to Ask Hae Mo Yong the Truth
Meanwhile, while having a drink with Hae Mo Yong (Choi Yu Hwa), General Go Gun (Lee Ji Hoon) used the opportunity to ask questions about her true identity. He first asked if she had feelings for him but she was quick to answer in a tricky way, and same with Go Gun.
The two tell more lies, and are only using each other for the meantime to get their goal.
