Hyun Bin Workout Routine 2021: Working Out on What?
Hyun Bin works out on an empty stomach. Is this even recommendable? Or the better question is, is this even doable by regular human beings?
Apparently, it works well for him, because his body on "Crash Landing on You" certainly is noticeably fit. This is a far cry from his body back then, when he did "Sam Soon" and was acting all goofy.
It might be because "CLOY" required him to look really fit. After all, his role for the show was the enigmatic captain Ri Jeong Hyeok. His coach/trainer revealed that it took pure hard work on the part of the actor to attain that physique.
According to trainer Yoon Tae Sik, who spoke with Allure Korea on how Hyun Bin became the fitness god that he is now, the secret is relentless workout in an empty stomach.

Coach Yoon is also famous as Goblin stars' personal trainer and one of the country's OGl Oppa's - Gong Yoo's trainer as well, so he is quite credible on what he is sharing.
According to him, Hyun Bin does aerobic exercises twice a day. Not only that, he does this 5-6 times a week! He exercises as soon as he wakes up, without breaking any fast yet. So technically, he's jumping around with an empty stomach.
He then does weight training with Coach Yoon.
Yoon said that it pays that Hyun Bin already has a body like an athlete in the first place. He has good proportions - a small face, broad shoulder, and long legs.
However, this does not mean he no longer has to work hard for his body to look a certain way. Hyun Bin still requires persistently hard work and discipline to achieve the body he has today, which he did not mind exerting.
Hyun Bin and Real-Life Girlfriend Son Ye Jin Both Love Working Out
It probably paid off for the actor to have a partner who is supportive of his workout routines, too. Son Ye Jin, his co-star in "Crash Landing on You" turned girlfriend, is also a fitness enthusiast. She does both TRX and pilates a lot. Both once shared that whenever they find time from their busy schedules to do something else other than filming, their go-to is to exercise.
Son Ye Jin even has the licenses to teach these exercises! Only if she has the time.
The two were speculated to be dating right in the middle of the drama, but their respective camps kept denying this. This year however, opened with their relationship being aired to the public, their respective agencies confirming it, and they themselves, finally coming out to say it.
This had their fans in a frenzy, considering how long they have been seeing their chemistry.
