Originally, it is a one-man agency with no intentions of enlisting junior actors. But since the Korean entertainment is expanding, 51K now manages various artists such as "Vincenzo" star Ok Taecyeon, Lee Seung Woo, Cha Hak Yeon, and more.
So Ji Sub is not just a professional actor but also a team player who is capable of managing his own company very well.
Song Seung Heon
Korean heartthrob and "Dinner Mate" actor, Song Seung Heon, decided to expand his horizons by building his own agency.

When he was already planning on making his own company, Song Seung Heon shared in one of his interviews, "Building an agency is like being home alone without your parents. I am nervous but also excited to be completely on my own for the first time since I debuted."
He was also worried at first just like any other people who wants to try something new on their own, but after years of working hard, the "Black" star was able to establish his agency named Better Entertainment.
Hyun Bin
Back in 2012, instead of joining new agencies, these two prominent actors made a partnership and established O& Entertainment. But after his contract expired with O& Entertainment, "Crash Landing on You" actor Hyun Bin decided to sign a new contract with VAST Entertainment.
