"Youth of May" Part 5 OST features a song from Super Junior's Ryeowook. The song, titled "Starry Night," is described as a soft track, which makes it suited to the newest drama.
The song is an acoustic guitar ballad and yet possessing of a retro vibe. "Youth of May" is all about the youth falling in love, living their complicated lives, and fighting for what they believe in, making the song perfect. The lyrics are unsurprisingly about heartbreak.

"Youth of May" Viewership Ratings
Even though "Youth of May" is a work of fiction, its plot revolves around the aftermath of the 1980 Gwangju Uprising, which is a true-to-life event in Korean history.
The drama follows a medical student and nurse who fall in love despite all the conflicts and chaos around them and their personal traumas.
It airs every Monday and Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. KST.
At present, "Youth fo May" viewership is not bad for a newcomer on the scene. According to Nielsen Korea, every episode of the new has ratings that could rival that of tvN's "Doom at Your Service."
Its May 17 episode achieved nationwide ratings of 3.8 and 4.6 percent, respectively for part 1 and part 2 of the broadcast. This is higher than the ratings for the previous week's two-parts broadcast, which was able to garner 3.2 and 4.4 percent.
Meanwhile, tvN's "Doom at Your Service" was still able to have higher ratings, but the gap between its ratings and "Youth of May" has gone smaller.
tvN's "Doom at Your Service" scored ratings of 4.0 percent with a peak of 4.7 percent in the previous week.
