It came after a social media account posted JTBC's possible drama schedule this 2021. Included on the said list was the forthcoming drama adaptation, naming the "Vincenzo" star as one of the lead stars.

Following this, fans began to speculate that the South Korean heartthrob is expected to star alongside the 26-year-old singer-actress in the soon-to-be-released webtoon-based drama.
Although there is no official announcement from the duo's agency, netizens expressed how excited they are for the new team-up.
One fan even shared a photo with the two actors sitting next to each other.
The same goes for an individual who is thrilled to know updates regarding Song Joong Ki and Bae Suzy's rumored drama.

"The Youngest Son of Chaebol Family" Release and Synopsis
In October 2020, JTBC reportedly confirmed that the broadcast network is set to release an adaption of Samkyung's popular web novel "The Youngest Son of Chaebol Family."
The webtoon-based drama is also referred to as a "Youngest Son of a Conglomerate" and will be helmed by "I am Not a Robot" and "W" director Jeong Dae Yun.

He will work together with screenwriter Kim Tae Hee, whose famous dramas include "A Beautiful Mind," "Sungkyunkwan Scandal," and "Designated Survivor: 60 Days."
Interestingly, aside from the rumored cast, "The Youngest Son of Chaebol Family" is slated to air sometime this 2021 and will be JTBC's special as the network celebrates its 10th anniversary.
The upcoming series is a revenge drama that follows the story of a man who was wrongly accused by a chaebol family for embezzlement of money despite showing his loyalty to the whole clan.
This also prompted the wealthy family to brutally kill him.
Surprisingly, he was reborn as the youngest son of the family with a motive to destroy everything they have.
At the time, fans predicted the possible lead stars who might lead the drama - this includes the "It's Okay to Not be Okay" actor Kim Soo Hyun, "Seobok" star Park Bo Gum, "Crash Landing on You" actor Kim Woo Bin and Kwak Dong Yeon.
Song Joong Ki Post-"Vincenzo"
Following the successful season finale of the top-rating Korean drama, "Vincenzo," the 35-year-old actor is set to have a series of major projects this 2021 and early 2022.
Song Joong Ki's sci-fi film "Space Sweepers" was confirmed to be in discussions for a new installment.
In addition, he will also star in the much-awaited criminal thriller movie "Bogota," alongside Ryu Seung Beom, Jo Hyun Chul, and Lee Hee Joon.
