Song Joong Ki Takes the Superfan Quiz with Netflix Korea

The Korean heartthrob warmly greeted all the viewers and confessed that he was a little nervous to answer the questions that Netflix prepared. The superfan quiz was also posted to The Swoon's official Instagram week right after "Vincenzo" finished its last episode.

Fans watched the simple online activity as Song Joong Ki made efforts to answer the questions that were all about the drama "Vincenzo."

After massive response from the fans, Netflix Korea invited the mafia consigliere in their headquarters in Seoul to have some friendly interview. They expressed their gratitude to the phenomenal star for accepting their invitation. They added that Song Joong Ki was the first-ever Korean artist to enter the Netflix Korea office.

Song Joong Ki proceeded to take the quiz and was surprised to see the questions. He didn't expect that every single detail from his previous drama was asked. He looked so confident at first but made a change of heart in the middle of taking the challenge.

Song Joong Ki Reveals More of Kim Sung Cheol's Role in "Vincenzo"

When Song Joong Ki was asked if he already predicted that his onscreen bromance with actor Kim Sung Cheol in "Vincenzo" would become a hit, the Korean superstar affirmed.

According to him, he was surprised when he first read the script for "Vincenzo" Episode 8. Kim Sung Cheol played the guest role Hwang Min Seong.

Song Joong Ki revealed that though it'd be a funny interaction, Hwang Min Seong deals with a sensitive issue concerning the LGBTQ+ community. The two were able to produce a solid chemistry and characterization during their scenes.

He added that the relationship of Hwang Min Seong and Tae Ho helped a lot in maintaining a cheerful and beautiful storyline. The "Descendants of the Sun" star revealed that Kim Sung Cheol's appearance at the finale episode was not in the script.

But together with the production team of "Vincenzo," they thought that showing Hwang Min Seong's character while in prison, holding Tae Ho's photo, would be funny.

The 35-year-old actor also revealed that actor Kim Hyung Mook also known as Chef Toto was a great cook. He even had training with a professional Italian chef for his role in "Vincenzo."

After answering all the questions, Song Joong Ki was able to get a score of 8 out of 10, although he's more confident that the fans got perfect scores in answering the quiz because they know more about the details in the record-breaking drama.

Before the interview wrapped up, Song Joong Ki expressed he missed his Cassano family and was reminded of all the good memories he had during filming.
