SBS' forthcoming series "Now, We Are Breaking Up" is already receiving lots of love in Japan!
Samhwa Networks Sold "Now, We Are Breaking Up" to Japan Ahead of its Broadcast Release
According to a report, months before the scheduled broadcast of Song Hye Kyo's new drama "Now, We Are Breaking Up," it had already been sold to Japan.
Production company Samhwa Networks that handles the said drama, confirmed that they sold the 16 episodes broadcasting rights license to Japan. The amount of the contract was not disclosed to the public.
Samhwa Networks is also the producer behind the top-tier K-dramas such as "Dr. Romantic 2," "Mystic Pop Up Bar," and more.
This proved how influential Song Hye Kyo is inside and outside South Korea. Her increasing popularity has been seen through the years of being in the industry. Most of her projects are well received by international fans. She is not called an A-list actress for nothing.

Why "Now, We Are Breaking Up" Continues to Attract More Market?
Meanwhile, the cast and crew of "Now, We Are Breaking Up" are already in the middle of filming the episodes. It is scheduled to meet the viewers in the second half of 2021.
The story is penned by writer Kang Eun Kyung who is also the creative mind behind the successful K-dramas such as "The World of the Married" and "Mistry." Director Lee Gil Bok is in charge of the drama; he was a cinematographer in Kim Soo Hyun and Jun Ji Hyun's series "My Love From the Star" in 2013 and Lee Seung Gi's action-thriller drama "Vagabond" in 2019.
Aside from the creatives who are part of the project, its star-studded cast is also a plus! Starting from Song Hye Kyo, one of the highest-paid actresses in Korea, and "Now, We Are Breaking Up" marks her drama comeback after almost 2 years of hiatus.
Joining her is rising Korean actor Jang Ki Yong, who is currently on the trending names for the K-drama enthusiasts. He also has an ongoing fantasy-romance drama "My Roommate is a Gumiho" alongside singer-actress Hyeri.
"It's Okay to Not Be Okay" star Kim Joo Hun, actress Choi Hee So, Nam Gi Ae, Yura, Choi Hong Il are also part of the star-studded cast. EXO member Sehun is also expected to appear in the drama.

The story concept of this drama is also new, which involves the world of fashion. And perfectly fits Song Hye Kyo since she has been doing lots of fashion pictorials with other international personalities and promoting famous brands every year.
