The forthcoming South Korean disaster comedy film "Sinkhole," starring Lee Kwang Soo, Kim Sung Kyun, and Cha Seung Won, released its second trailer.
"Sinkhole" tells the devastating story of a man who has waited 11 years to buy his dream house, and in just a good one minute, it's now engulfed in a deep sinkhole.
Sinkhole Trailer That Devastated Kim Sung Kyun's Dream House
The disaster-comedy film teaser starts with Park Dong Won, played by "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" actor Kim Sung Kyun, celebrating one of his momentous achievements in life: he finally has his dream house in Seoul that he worked hard for in 11 years.
He was congratulated by his co-workers Deputy Kim, played by former Running Man member and "It's Okay, That's Love" actor Lee Kwang Soo, and Intern Eun Joo, played by actress Kim Hye Jun who starred in "Kingdom."
However, the family was troubled when his son rolled a marble and showed that their entire house was tilted to one side. Park Dong Won (Kim Sung Kyun) shrugged the thought off and invited his colleagues to his humble home for a celebratory party.
His neighbor and single father who works so hard to make ends meet, Jung Man Soo, also invited himself to the party. He is played by "A Korean Odyssey" actor Cha Seung Won.

Without warning, Park Dong Won's (Kim Sung Kyun) dream house crumbled into small blocks and chunks as it fell down the 500-meter-deep sinkhole, dragging him and his visitors as well.
The ensemble struggled a lot more when it started raining blots of cold water, making the house collapse deeper down the sinkhole.
As the building fell apart before them, the elevators and water pipes suddenly stopped working. Park Dong Won (Kim Sung Kyun) and his visitors have to work together to save each other and survive the disaster.
The trailer gave more colour and depth to the characters as they didn't lose their quirks and optimism, and camaraderie even in the occurrence of unexpected situations.
