Another idol-actor is leveling up. Following his successful debut in the record-breaking fantasy-romance series "Doom at Your Service," SF9 Dawon is already reportedly cast to work on a new web drama.
Doom at Your Service Actor and SF9 Member Dawon Set to Join the Lead Cast of Part Time Melo
On July 30, a drama official announced that "Doom at Your Service" actor Dawon might be taking the role of Tak Seon Ho in the upcoming series "Part Time Melo."
Dawon's character is described as a good looking guy but has a not-so-kind personality. Tak Seon Ho is a delicate individual that has a sharp memory. Despite being smart, Tak Seon Ho uses it to make fun of others.
Meanwhile, a rookie actor and a former X1 member, Lee Eun Sang, is already confirmed to also lead the web drama "Part Time Melo." He is expected to portray the role of Kang Ha Woon, a cute young part-timer who can steal the hearts of every girl for his charm.

Part Time Melo is a Sequel of Single & Ready to Mingle
The forthcoming romance drama "Part Time Melo" will tell the story of the chemistry of part-timers in a known restaurant. But this is not just a typical resto, it is a place where different individuals will be entangled in each other's lives. A single woman comes to find a man to flirt with, a spy to stop a fling, a man who lives his life by his emotions.
"Part Time Melo" is the second web story following "Single & Ready to Mingle," which became a hit to teenagers. In addition, the new web drama is scheduled to air in the second half of 2021.
SF9 Dawon Starting His Career in The Acting Industry
SF9 Dawon has introduced himself as a rookie actor through the previous tvN romance-fantasy drama "Doom at Your Service." Even though it was his debut drama, Dawon has shown his skill in acting.
Played the role of Tak Sun Kyung, younger brother of Park Bo Young's character. Many were impressed by his performance even though it was his first time. His chemistry with the lead actors, such as Seo In Guk and Kang Tae Oh, made the viewers entertained.
