Han So Hee will be withdrawing from her upcoming film "Gentleman" with Ju Ji Hoon because of health issues.
The news was confirmed by her agency, 9 Ato Entertainment, explaining that she was advised to take a break from work.

In a statement, the management shared that the "Nevertheless" star is looking forward to filming a new movie alongside the "Kingdom" actor, but due to her health, she will be departing from the much-awaited action-crime film.
"Han So-hee had a desire to appear in 'Gentleman' in consultation with the production team despite her busy schedule, but after discussions with the production team and agency, she decided to reorganize her body and mind with the recommendation of the medical staff and the judgment that she needed a break for a while due to accumulated fatigue and health reasons," Han So Hee's agency revealed as obtained by
In addition, the up-and-coming actress also sent a message seeking understanding following her sudden decision.
Moreover, she initially wanted to show "her new side" as an actress through the movie "Gentleman" but is now canceled due to her condition.
Meanwhile, 9 Ato Entertainment concluded the statement saying that the 26-year-old actress will be focusing on her health and recovery for the time being.

Park Sung Woong Joining Ju Ji Hoon's New Movie 'Gentleman'
In July, multiple outlets confirmed that Han So Hee and Ju Ji Hoon would be leading the cast of the action crime movie, helmed by the "The Artist: Reborn" director Kim Kyung Won.
Interestingly, "Gentleman" is slated to begin its filming this August 2021, with a scheduled release date in May 2022.
Following Han So Hee's departure, the movie announced that versatile actor Park Sung Woong would be joining the lineup of the cast.
The "When the Devil Calls Your Name" star will take on the role of law firm CEO Kwon Do Hoon and a previous prosecutor.
"Gentleman" follows the story of a private investigator Ji Hyun Soo, played by the "Kingdom" star.
Unfortunately, he was caught up in a chaotic situation after being framed up for a murder he did not commit.
With hopes of clearing his name from the accusation against him, Ji Hyun Soo teams up with prosecutor Kim Hwa Jin, supposed to be portrayed by the 26-year-old actress.
Han So Hee New Drama
Han So Hee cemented her name in the industry due to her impressive performance as the young mistress in "The World of the Married," where she played the role of Yeo Da Kyung.
Currently, the up-and-coming actress is making waves as the art student Yu Na Bi in the webtoon-based drama "Nevertheless" alongside Song Kang.
After the JTBC drama, she is set to appear in multiple dramas; this includes the much-awaited team up with Park Seo Joon in "Hard Creature" and her action romance K-drama "My Name" together with Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Hee Soon.
