MBC's "Coffee Prince" starring Gong Yoo and Yoon Eun Hye joined the booming success of "Lovers in Paris" and "Full House," known as the OG K-dramas that took the world by storm.

Premiered in July 2007, this meet-cute genre depicts the story of a poor girl, rich guy in the drama setting.

In the drama, the "Goblin" star took the role of a dreamy heir Choi Han Kyul. To prove that he is worthy of his grandmother's jaw-dropping fortune, they entrusted him to run a family-owned coffee shop.

Here, he meets Go Eun Chan, played by Hallyu star Yoon Eun Hye, who pretends to be a man to work for Han Kyul's coffee place.

With the massive success of the drama, "Coffee Prince" became Gong Yoo and Yoon Eun Hye's claim to fame, opening a lot of doors for them in the industry.

In 2020, fans were surprised after multiple k-media outlets revealed that the classic drama is set to have its reunion.

Alongside co-stars Lee Sun Kyun and Chae Jung An, the duo took a trip down memory lane in the two-part documentary titled "My Dear Youth - Coffee Prince."

The cast members meet up at the location where they originally shot the MBC drama.

Just in case you felt a sudden wave of nostalgia just by seeing the members reunite after more than a decade, here's what the "Coffee Prince" cast is up to now--including their current and upcoming projects.

Gong Yoo as Choi Han Gyul

After his breakthrough performance in the 2007 MBC drama, Gong Yoo became one of the most sought-after stars in the Hallyu world.

One of his remarkable dramas is the mega-hit fantasy series "Goblin," where he played the lonely guardian, Kim Shin, opposite Kim Go Eun.

Apart from his K-dramas, the 36-year-old star continues to wow his fans with the heart-stopping movie "Train to Busan," which also gained massive success not just in Korea but also worldwide.

Seemingly, his recent project is with Park Bo Gum for the sci-fi film "Seobok."

As for his upcoming projects, Gong Yoo is also set to appear in the forthcoming series "The Silent Sea" and scheduled to make a cameo in Netflix's "Squid Game" and "Wonderland."

Yoon Eun Hye as Go Eun Chan

The baby-faced actress headlined several K-dramas after "Coffee Prince," including "My Fair Lady," "Lie to Me," "Missing You," and more.

She even won Best Actress and became the youngest female star to bag the category at the 44th Baeksang Arts Awards.

Her most recent series was the 2018 rom-com "Fluttering Warning" with Chun Jung Myung.

Despite her hiatus in K-dramas, Yoon Eun Hye appeared as a guest in several tv shows.

After her long break on the big screen, she is set to return with the melodrama film "After Love."

Apart from these, she is also busy with her Youtube Channel, constantly updating her fans with her life outside the spotlight.

Lee Sun Gyu as Choi Han Sung

In "Coffee Prince," he played the second lead Choi Han Sung, who happens to be Go Eun Chan's best friend.

You might recognize this award-winning actor in the critically acclaimed movie "Parasite" where he played the wealthy family man Park Dong Ik.

This 2021 and 2022, Lee Sun Gyu will be appearing in a slew of films such as "Killing Romance," "Silence," and "The Land of Happiness" with "Hospital Playlist" star Jo Jung Suk.

As for his upcoming drama, the 46-year-old actor will return to the small screen with medical drama "Dr. Brain."

Chae Jung An as Han Yoo Joo

Chae Jung An played the role of Choi Han Kyul's first love, Han Yoo Joo, in K-drama "Coffee Prince."

Like the rest of the cast members, she starred in various series--from the rom-com "Queen of Reversals" to the Korean adaptation of "Suits."

Fans can get to see the 43-year-old star in her current drama "Monthly House" alongside Jung So Min and Kim Ji Suk.
