On August 18, the largest broadcasting company JTBC announced the reorganization of upcoming dramas that will premiere in the second half of the year through a short video clip on YouTube.

"Lost" starring actors Jeon Do Yeon and Ryu Jun Yeol, "Koo Kyung Yi" starring actress Lee Young Ae, and "Snowdrop" starring actor Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK member Jisoo are all part of the new line up.

New dramas with rich plots and amazing casts are about to grace the small screen as JTBC announced the new drama line up for the second half of the year 2021.

The first drama to leave a huge impact on its viewers will be the melodrama "Lost" (also known as "Human Disqualification" or "No Longer Human") starring actors Jeon Do Yeon and Ryu Jun Yeol. "Lost" is scheduled to premiere on September 4.

Second is "Koo Kyung Yi" (literal romanization) starring "Dae Jang Geum" star Lee Young Ae. The crime and comedy action drama is slated to air in October.

Lastly, "While You Were Sleeping" actor Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK member Jisoo will work together for the first time in "Snowdrop", which will air during Saturdays and Sundays at the later part of the year.

The newly published announcement video consists of a few clips and still images from the upcoming series, as well as the first glimpse from the romance drama of Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK's Jisoo.

With that, the fixed time slots gave the fans and viewers a boost in anticipating the new series. The sneak-peek clips also heightened the audience's expectations.

Upcoming melodrama "Lost" tells the stories of ordinary people who, despite their hard work and efforts, feel lost as they haven't achieved anything spectacular in their lives. The drama stars "The Good Wife" actress Jeon Do Yeon and "Reply 1988" actor Ryu Jun Yeol.

"Lost" marks the actors' first drama project together as well as their comeback drama to the small screen after six years of inactivity.

The new melodrama is helmed by director Heo Jin Ho of "Princess Deokhye" and screenwriter Kim Ji Hye. It will also be available for international streaming in iQIYI.

On the other hand, thriller action comedy-drama "Koo Kyung Yi" revolves around a former police officer named Koo Kyung, played by actress Lee Young Ae, who now works as an insurance inspector and a mysterious and unknown serial killer who hides behind the mask of a quirky and vibrant persona.

"Koo Kyung Yi" is directed by producing director Lee Jeong Heum and penned by writer Sung Cho Yi.

Finally, the upcoming romance drama "Snowdrop" which depicts the romantic story of two college students who fell deeply in love with each other.
