On October 21, Kim Seon Ho and his ex-girlfriend finally talked and cleared any tension between the two. The actor personally apologized to his ex-girlfriend after releasing his statement on October 20 through his label, SALT Entertainment.
On the same day, the actor's ex-girlfriend posted another statement clarifying everything to the public, including her huge misunderstanding with Kim Seon Ho.
However, the death threats and personal attacks against her didn't stop. Because of this, she then announced through her attorneys that she will be taking legal action against the malicious comments and threats she has been receiving as well as the dreadful invasion of privacy.

Lee Dong Hoon and Jung Da Eun, Kim Seon Ho's ex-girlfriend's attorneys, are lawyers from the law firm Best Way.
The attorneys stated that personal information about their client has been recklessly released through social media platforms as well as online communities, and she has been facing unceasing personal attacks and death threats based on the issue.
Because of this, Kim Seon Ho's ex-girlfriend is currently suffering from severe psychological stress, to the point that it is difficult for her to even go about her day.
Since the ex-girlfriend isn't a celebrity, the lawyers respectfully request everyone to refrain from the endless speculation and defamation of character.

They continued, "We will do our utmost to protect her. We are informing you of our plans to take all possible legal actions in response to any malicious comments and posts related to her."
Kim Seon Ho and Shin Min Ah's 'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha' Photo Essay Publication Gets Cancelled
Due to the grave issues surrounding Kim Seon Ho, who admitted the controversy over his personal life, his recently concluded and successful romance comedy drama "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" is suffering from the aftermath of the event.
On October 21, it was reported that the publication of the photo essay book of the drama has been cancelled due to the circumstances of the publisher.

Booklog Company, the publisher, also politely announced on their official Instagram account, "Due to the circumstances of the publisher, the publication of "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" photo essay has been canceled."
They continued by thanking everyone who pre-purchased the photo essay, "Thank you for all your support. I also want to apologize that I couldn't keep my promise [of publishing the photo essay]."
The publisher added, "The script book of the drama is currently in its final stages of work and it will be published without any changes."
