According to Sports Today, his agency, BH Entertainment, shared that the actor is courted to play one of the lead stars for the romance series "Wedding White Paper" and is positively reviewing the offer.
The forthcoming Kdrama highlights the fundamental relationship between couples in their 30s and set to tie a knot.
Kakao TV's new series will also focus on the journey towards marriage, including the struggles of settling down, stimulating the viewer's curiosity if things will end on a happy note.
Lee Jin Wook's New Drama' Bulgasal: Immortal Souls'
After his mega-hit series "Sweet Home," where he took the role of former hired killer Pyeon Sang Wook, Lee Jin Wook is back on the small screen with his upcoming series "Bulgasal: Immortal Souls."
He transforms as Dan Hwal, an immortal creature known as Bulgasal.
The mythical creature was once a human but continues to live for more than 600 years due to unknown supernatural powers.
"Bulgasal: Immortal Souls" also stars Kwon Nara as Min Sang Woon, who was reincarnated while escaping with the bulgasal.
With this, Dan Hwal plans to chase Min Sang Woon despite the odds that come along his way.
Aside from Lee Jin Wook and Kwon Nara, the "Bulgasal: Immortal Souls" cast includes Lee Joon as bulgasal Ok Eul Tae, who harbors a deep secret, and Gong Seung Yeon as Dan Sol, who grew up in a wealthy family and set to marry Dan Hwal.
Slated to premiere on December 18, the upcoming fantasy drama airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m. KST via Netflix and tvN.

After three years since his last movie "High Society," the 40-year-old actor is set to make a comeback to the silver screen with an upcoming film, "Happy New Year."
Lee Jin Wook plays Jin Ho, who comes to Hotel Emrose every weekend to find his soul mate.
In a recently unveiled teaser poster, "Happy New Year" introduces the lead stars and their diverse characters, which includes Lee Dong Wook, Han Ji Min, Kang Ha Neul, Girls' Generation's YoonA, Seo Kang Joon, Won Jin Ah, Lee Kwang Soo, Kim Young Kwang, Go Sung Hee, Lee Kyu Hyung, Jo Joon Young, Jung Jin Young, Lee Hye Young and "Hellbound" actress Won Jin Ah.
It focuses on the characters connected to Hotel Emrose, managed by the hotel CEO Yong Jin, played by the "Goblin" star.
"Happy New Year" will give the viewers another reason to end the year with a happy heart as it is set to be released on December 29.
