"Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" continues to live up to the hype after lead stars Kim Seon Ho and Shin Min Ah dominate the 2021 Gallup Korea Poll.
Since 2017, Gallup Korea Research Institute has named the top stars who made it to their "Person of the Year" list from various categories such as tv, movies, and music.
The organization conducted a poll from November 5 to 28, participated by 1,700 people aged 13 and over.

This year, Kim Seon Ho took the top spot and was hailed as the "Most Shining Talent" of 2021.
His new achievement is despite the chaotic controversy and the huge craze created by the beloved healing Kdrama "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha."
The annual rankings' top spot is a close fight between the actor and his co-star Shin Min Ah as the Hallyu star garnered 7.3 percent while his leading man got 7.8 percent.
Interestingly, Shin Min Ah shared second place with "Squid Game" star Lee Jung Jae.
The award-winning actor gained worldwide fame and several international nominations thanks to his iconic role of player no. 456 Seong Gi Hoon.
Meanwhile, Hallyu stars Jun Ji Hyun and Song Hye Kyo came in at the third and fourth place, respectively.
The "Jirisan" star achieved 5.5 percent, while the "Now, We Are Breaking Up" actress garnered 5.2 percent
Joining the rankings is "The Penthouse" star Kim So Yeon with 5.0 percent, followed by Honey Lee at sixth and "Hospital Playlist" star Jo Jung Suk at seventh.
Capping off the top tv actor/actress rankings is Namgoong Min at eighth and lastly Oscar winner Youn Yuh Jung and "Vincenzo" star Song Joong Ki at ninth and tenth.
As for top movie stars, the rankings will be announced on December 15, while the top singers will be on December 20.

Kim Seon Ho Replaced by Ahn Bo Hyun and Lee Hyun Woo in Upcoming Movies
As the actor slowly returns to showbiz, reports confirmed that Ahn Bo Hyun will replace him for the movie "2 O'Clock Date."
According to the production company Filmmaker R&K, they were captivated by the rising star's diversity as an actor, especially his villain role "Itaewon Class," his leading man character in "Yumi's Cells" and impressive combat skills in Netflix's "My Name."
He will join Girls' Generation YoonA as her leading lady.
The same goes for Kim Seon Ho's movie "Dog Days" who recently cast "Money Heist" star Lee Hyun Woo and is rumored to replace the "Start-Up" actor.
It came after the Kdrama's good boy was removed from the lineup due to his controversy.
Interestingly, he will still have his movie debut through "Sad Tropical" with Go Ara, Kim Kang Woo and Kang Tae Joo.
