The "Itaewon Class" star, who turned 33 on December 16, is spreading good influence among his supporters.
Fans Launch Donation Drive to Honor Park Seo Joon's Birthday
According to a media outlet, his local and global fans unite to launch a donation drive.
The contributions were made to various domestic and foreign organizations, including Korea's Green Umbrella Children's Foundation and Korea Leukemia Children's Foundation, while the global organizations are The Mirror Foundation and Operation Smile.
Interestingly, the fans went all out and extended their help as the Overseas Fan Federation reportedly purchased shoes from Sketchers, where a part of its sale will be donated to a children's facility in Thailand.
To recall, the apparel brand named Park Seo Joon as their regional brand ambassador for Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Macau, through the company's 2021 and 2022 campaigns such as the Skechers D'Lites 4.0 collection.

With this, the "Hwarang" star, through his agency, Awesome Entertainment, thanked everyone who participated in the donation drive.
He expressed his deep gratitude to fans for showing their generosity and their continued support for the actor.
Seemingly, this is not the first time that his fans worldwide have celebrated his birthday with a meaningful cause.
In 2019, his supporters did the same thing for his 31st birthday, where his fan cafe Park's Office donated around 1,130 USD or 1.32 million KRW to the Miral Welfare Foundation.
The donations made provide assistance to the elderly, disabled and community members in their eight branches.
Park Seo Joon Makes Meaningful Donation for Korea Disaster Relief Association
At the surge of the global health crisis in 2020 and calamities that hit South Korea, Park Seo Joon joined the list of actors and celebrities who extended their help to support those who are affected by natural disasters.
In a report shared by a local media outlet, the "Fight for My Way" star donated 83,800 USD or 100 million KRW to the Korea Disaster Relief Association.
Meanwhile, fellow actor Song Joong Ki gave 41,900 USD or 50 million KRW as shared by his agency, History D&C.
Park Seo Joon's Appearance in 'The Marvels' and Upcoming Kdramas
The donation drive comes ahead of his much-awaited appearance in "The Marvel," the sequel to the 2019 movie "Captain Marvel."
He will join the star-studded cast headlined by Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, Iman Vellani and more.
Although the Marvel Cinematic Universe did not disclose his character, rumor sparked that he will play the role of Amadeus Cho, a Korean-American superhero and the son of Dr. Helen Cho from the sequel "Avengers: Age of Ultron."
Adding to the list of his activities in 2022 is his new Kdrama with Han So Hee and "squid Game" star Wi Ha Joon, titled "K Project."
Moreover, Park Seo Joon's movie "Concrete Utopia" will also be released in the coming year.
