Yoo Young Jae Ready to Have His First Drama Lead Role in 'Love in Spring'
Sports Donga reported on December 20 that Yoo Young Jae has been cast in the forthcoming webtoon-based series "Chun Jeong Ji Ran," also know as "Love in Spring." It tells the romance between three men that starts when one of them dresses up as a lady and gets married for the sake of having a better life.
His agency J World Entertainment shared that Yoo Young Jae will have his first lead role through "Love in Spring."
Yoo Young Jae was cast to portray the role of Jin Geum Sung, a diligent and serious-minded person who loves to read and enjoy being alone.
Jin Geum Sung has a handsome face and a respectable character, but he is named as the cold and handsome guy for being too distant to people in their village. The things that matter to him the most are books and martial arts. That's why he got surprised when he was told to marry one of the daughters from a rich family.

"Chun Jeong Ji Ran" is scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2022 and will be available for online streaming in WATCHA.
Meanwhile, the potential stars to appear in the series are Kim Song and Kim Seong Hee.
Yoo Young Jae's Previous and Upcoming Projects
B.A.P. Yoo Young Jae appeared in the megahit romance-comedy historical drama "Mr. Queen" and played as the clumsy and playful Kim Hwan. The idol-actor said he will finally meet the viewers again soon with a new character who has a serious personality and diverse talents, different from his previous role as Kim Hwan.
Further, Young Jae also starred in KBS' "Police University," alongside Cha Tae Hyun, Krystal Jung, and former B1A4 member Jin Young, Choi Seo Woon, Hong Soo Hyun, and Lee Jong Hyuk.
Yoo Young Jae made his first drama appearance in the KBS2 series "Woman of 9.9 Billion in 2019.
Apart from his new drama, the B.A.P member is also set to star in the forthcoming movie "Sing A Song."
