Her now-former label, Namoo Actors, confirmed Park Min Young's decision to part ways with the agency, saying, "Our exclusive contract with Park Min Young has recently expired. We have decided not to renew the contract."

The "Her Private Life" star joined Namoo Actors in December 2017 and has been with the agency since then.

As for the actress, she is the recent star to leave Namoo. To recall, Moon Chae Won and Shin Se Kyung also left the agency this year.

The "Flower of Evil" star is now with YNK Entertainment, while IU's agency, EDAM, is currently managing the 31-year-old South Korean beauty.

Amid her decision to part ways with her agency, the 35-year-old actress is making a comeback to the small screen with a much-awaited team up with Song Kang.

The Hallyu star appears as the lead star in JTBC's "Meteorological Agency People: The Cruelty of Office Romance," where she took the role of aloof yet highly organized and extremely brilliant Jin Ha Kyung.

The upcoming romantic drama, which will air in 2022, follows the story of employees working at the Korea Meteorological Administration, the country's national weather forecast service.

Fans would get to see the other side of Park Min Young as she portrays someone who lives by the book and keeps her personal and private life separate.

"Jin, Ha Kyung," she wrote, along with the hashtag "new character."

On the other hand, Song Kang plays Lee Si Woo, the complete opposite of Jin Ha Kyung, who thinks out of the box and has a free spirit attitude.

Aside from the two lead stars, "Meteorological Agency People: The Cruelty of Office Romance" cast also includes Yoon Park as the office crush Han Ki Joon, Girl's Day's Yura as weather reporter Chae Yoo Jin, Kim Mi Kyung as Park Min Young's mother and more.
