Singer-actress Kim Se Jeong has always been on the skinny side, even muscular. However, after taking some time off, she noticed a bit of a weight gain.

How Kim Se Jeong Lose 11 Pounds in Two Weeks
Through her YouTube channel, former Gugudan member and actress Kim Se Jeong challenged herself to lose weight in order to improve her health, and also prepare for her upcoming drama "The Office Blind Date" with Ahn Hyo Seop.
The actress revealed that she noticed a bit of a weight gain after taking some time off after the success of her musical. "Because of COVID-19, I took some time off after overworking my body because of my musical."
" I went from exerting 100% of energy to suddenly becoming stagnant. That's why I gained a bit of weight," the actress shared with a laugh.

One of the main reasons behind her new weight loss journey is her upcoming rom-com drama, landing the lead role of Ha Ri.
"After receiving the role, I figured that the character has a slender and slim body. So I needed to shed some weight. My goal weight is 47kgs (104 lbs)," she added.
In order to reach her goal weight, the actress needs to lose 5kgs (11 lbs). However, she won't do extreme workouts, instead she will be mindful of what she eats
Kim Se Jeong's Salad, Yogurt and Tuna Diet
In her daily diet vlogs, Kim Se Jeong feeds off carbohydrates, protein and vitamins.
She starts her day with lukewarm water as it is good for the body, conditioning the organs as early in the morning.
For lunch, she usually eats salads, mostly lettuce and dressings, and other green vegetables. She also loves to snack on boiled sweet potatoes, especially the purple ones.

Kim Se Jeong also loves to eat Greek yogurt, and couples it up with cereals like cornflakes, or berries, apples and bananas. This snack tastes totally delicious, and it can be eaten any time of the day.
During shoots, she makes an excuse to eat her guilty pleasures. She balances her strict diet with a cheat day that consists of fried tofu, seaweed and a bowl of white rice.
In addition to that, thanks to the tuna company that she modeled for before, she has a lot of sources of tuna that serves as her protein. Kim Se Jeong loves to eat this with rice, crackers or plain tuna.
