After Scenery Entertainment, "Snowdrop" actress Kim Mi Soo's agency, released a statement regarding the sad news of the actress' sudden passing on Wednesday, January 5, the production unit of upcoming drama "Kiss Sixth Sense" pauses filming.

Kiss Sixth Sense' Pauses Filming in Respect to 'Snowdrop' Actress Kim Mi Soo's Passing

Following the saddening announcement of the death of the 31-year-old "Snowdrop" actress Kim Mi Soo made by her agency, Scenery Entertainment, the production unit of upcoming drama "Kiss Sixth Sense" halts filming.

The actress recently received recognition for her performance as a supporting role in the on-going JTBC drama "Snowdrop" starring BLACKPINK Jisoo and Jung Hae In.

Since the drama is pre-produced, filming for "Snowdrop" has been fully completed. Kim Mi Soo then jumped onto another acting project, Disney Plus' romantic drama "Kiss Sixth Sense."

However, Scenery Entertainment, Kim Mi Soo's agency, announced the actress' sudden demise that shocked everybody in the first week of January 2022. The agency refused to give an explanation nor the cause of Kim Mi Soo's death to let the bereaved family mourn in peace.

Because of this, Disney Plus' "Kiss Sixth Sense" production unit decided to halt the drama filming to come to terms with events, and mourn the death of a talented actress. Kim Mi Soo's remains are currently lying in a funeral home in Nowon, Seoul.

Moreover, "Kiss Sixth Sense" was announced in mid-October in 2021 as a part of Disney's first ever Asian content, including series and films from East Asia. Filming of the drama resumes on Thursday of the following week.

Disney Plus' 'Kiss Sixth Sense' Pre-Production and Further Details

Adapted from a webtoon of the same title, "Kiss Sixth Sense" follows the story of a woman who has the ability to see through a person and their future after kissing them.

The ability sounded harmless and pretty awesome until she surprisingly ends up kissing and sleeping with her boss whom she hates to death.
