The former After School member is currently starring in the medical fantasy Kdrama "Ghost Doctor" alongside Rain and Kim Bum.

UEE's Workout Routine 2022

Being a former Kpop star and actress, UEE, whose real name is Kim Yu Jin, shared that she makes sure she spends time at the gym to workout.

In an episode of Kim Shin Young's "Noon Song of Hope," she was asked how she maintained her slim physique.

She revealed that she has an indoor bicycle at home and uses it after work.

"I have drama filming until nighttime, so I ride an indoor bicycle at home and always work out."

Host Kim Shin Young joked about laying down after eating, but the 33-year-old star jumps to her indoor bike and does a round of cycling.

As for her diet, UEE says she is not a picky eater but enjoys anything spicy.

Because she likes to devour tasty food, she had to compensate for it through a series of exercises, which means that she doesn't restrict herself on eating but had to make sure that she will burn it through the workout.

"I like spicy food, so I have to exercise just as much. Even if I eat spicy food, I try to sweat it out instead of going to the bathroom."

The singer-actress shared that she starts her day at 6 AM and goes to her pilates at 7 AM.

Interestingly, she is totally relatable when she makes an honest confession about having no schedule and would skip taking a bath a day two.

"When I have a schedule, I do it, but when I don't [have a schedule], I really just stay at home. I don't wash up for about two days and stay at home. I'm a homebody," she said.

Ahead of the "Ghost Doctor" premiere, the 33-year-old singer-actress says that her character has a tough exterior, but "she's a figure who is lonelier than anyone else and struggles alone."

When it comes to her similarity with neurosurgeon Jan Se Jin, UEE says that somehow they are both "sharp and ambitious" when they work, but her character gives off an unapproachable vibe, unlike her, who is friendly and would "comfortably approach people first."
