During the media briefing, cast members shared their preparation prior to the production.
Interestingly, the actors spent three months training doing various types of martial arts since the Kdrama features a lot of running and fighting scenes.
Yoo In Soo shared that he, Park Solomon and Yoon Chan Young underwent separate training sessions and often practiced for hours. He even mentioned how intense the training was that they even encountered losing their strengths because of the drills.
The same goes for Yoon Chan Young, who has undergone several types of martial arts and would practice one hour for each.
"The first hour was very difficult," he confessed, adding, "I continued training without a break and thought, 'If it's like this for three hours, I can't stand it," he recalled.
On the other hand, Park Solomon noted that he was proud of pulling off such intense training but admitted that he spent three days lying around and even got acupuncture to relieve physical pain.
