BLACKPINK member and "Snowdrop" star Jisoo is now the most followed Korean actress on Instagram, after beating IU and "Squid Game" actress Jung Ho Yeon.
'Snowdrop' Star Jisoo Breaks Record on Instagram
Jisoo's domination continues as she now has more than 58 million followers on Instagram, beating "Squid Game" star Jung Ho Yeon, and fellow idol-actress IU.
From 57 million following last February, the "Arthdal Chronicles" star made a new record on March 18 after she garnered additional one million to her Instagram followers.
IU, who just made her collaboration with Jay Park with the song "Ganadara," has 25.6 million followers. She is expected to return with the new film "Dream" alongside Park Seo Joon.
Meanwhile, award-winning actress and model, Jung Ho Yeon, who first broke the record as the most followed K-actress on Instagram in the last quarter of 2021 after starring in the megahit "Squid Game," currently has 23 million followers.

On the other hand, Lee Sung Kyung, who will make her drama comeback with "Shooting Stars," collected 13.4 million followers.
BLACKPINK Jisoo Stuns at Paris Fashion Week
BLACKPINK Jisoo's romance-tragedy drama "Snowdrop" concluded in January. As of press time, she has no reported comeback drama yet.
Nonetheless, the "How You Like That" singer has something in store for BLINKs (BLACKPINK fandom) as she announced in February she will finally make her solo debut.

On March 1 at PFW, BLACKPINK Jisoo sported a yellow plaid dress that hit above-her knees, worn over a crisp white shirt and black necktie. She made her look more elegant as she carried an all-black mini Cannage Lady Dior bag and stiletto heels.
The actress' 'fit resembled the iconic yellow plaid getup of Alicia Silverstone in "Clueless."
At PFW, the up-and-coming actress stood out and even made headlines on international tabloids as she turned the prestigious event as her fan meeting due to the overwhelming support of her fans.
Will Jisoo Appear in 'Arthdal Chronicles' Season 2?
On February 20, it was confirmed that the hit fantasy drama "Arthdal Chronicles" Season 2 is finally coming in 2023. In addition, the imminent sequel has a budget production of 10 billion KRW.
However, the drama's cast yet to be announced and is currently in discussion whether the original cast members Song Joong Ki, Kim Ji Won, and more will reunite for the sophomore season.
Jisoo, who participated in season 1 as Senarae, is drawing discussions online among fans regarding her potential re-appearance.
