"Mr. Sunshine" star recently talked about his career and his future plans.
Ahead of the release of his new film, "The Vanishing: Unsolved Case," on March 30, Yoo Yeon Seok participated in an online interview, where he gave some spoilers on what to anticipate in his movie.
During the talk, the reporters also took the opportunity to ask about his high-rated drama, "Hospital Playlist." After the sophomore season concluded in September 2021, rumors have it that there will be "Hospital Playlist" season 3, and is already in discussion.
However, according to Yoo Yeon Seok, as of this time, it is still undecided whether a sequel will be produced for the reason that the actors who appeared in the previous seasons currently have individual projects like himself.
Nevertheless, if season 3 is to be released, the actor said he would participate.

Yoo Yeon Seok is confirmed to join the cast of Netflix's upcoming series "Suriname." He will work with prominent actors Hwang Jung Min, Jo Woo Jin, Ha Jung Woo, and Park Hae Soo.
In addition, he is also in talks to star in two romance series, "Interests of Love," alongside Moon Ga Young, and "Monday, Friday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday," where he might team up with rom-com queen actress Park Min Young.
