Following the announcement of Baeksang Awards 2022 nominees, fans questioned the list of candidates and expressed their disappointment for not including BLACKPINK Jisoo and JTBC's "Snowdrop."

While #Baeksang trends on Twitter, some netizens pointed out that the singer-actress was "robbed" of the possibility of winning the Best Female Acting Award or Best New Female Actress.

On the other hand, some were hopeful that Jisoo would join the list of nominees in the upcoming award-giving bodies.

As fans mourn for the Baeksang Awards 2022 snub for BLACKPINK Jisoo, netizens expressed their support for her "Snowdrop" co-star Jung Hae In for being nominated for the Best Actor Award.

Despite the delays due to the controversy, the JTBC series successfully released the melodrama on December 18.

Interestingly, this is the BLACKPINK member's first-ever lead character, landing the role of college student Eun Young Ro while Jung Hae In played the character of Im Soo Ho.

Apart from their unique team-up, "Snowdrop" also featured star-studded cats featuring Jang Seung Jo, Kim Hye Yoon, Yoo In Na, Yoon Se Ah, and more.
