Ji Chang Wook's new project aims to help various artists with developmental disabilities strengthen their potential and share more of their talent in art.

Artists with Developmental Disabilities To Showcase Their Masterpieces in the Exhibition

SBS Entertainment stated in their report on April 19 that Ji Chang Wook has exerted effort and made good use of his influence in helping disabled individuals. On the same day, The Milal Welfare Foundation (MWF) headed by Chairman Hong Jung Gil announced that the South Korean actor participated in the talent donation as an audio guide in the "Our World."

The event will be held in Gangnam Seoul, which started on April 18 and will continue until 22. There are 30 paintings and sculptures to be exhibited containing the everyday lives of Kim Sung Chan, Kim Seung Hyun, Oh Deok Min, Park Sung Ho, Yoo In Sung, and Choi Seok Won.

The art exhibition is made possible to promote awareness of disabled persons through various works produced by artists with developmental disabilities who have talent and passion for art.

Moreover, an exhibition prepared with the help of Ji Chang Wook is meaningful. He participated in "I'm an Artist," a campaign to raise awareness of people with developmental disabilities in December 2020.

The "Lovestruck in The City" star supports the project's purpose to inform the world about the talents of writers with developmental disabilities under the Milal Welfare Foundation Bridge On Art.

His participation led to donations from fans, and as a result, disabled writers were able to be active and were inspired by the actor's help.

Artists with developmental disabilities have the opportunity to continue their creative activities because of Ji Chang Wook. They invited the actor to the exhibition.

Meanwhile, in response to the warm invitation, he said, "I want to visit the exhibition site and spend a special time with the artists, but it's a pity that I can't meet them due to COVID-19. Instead, I enthusiastically participated in the audio guide to support the event."

The Korean heartthrob also thanked his fans for their interest in the campaign. Furthermore, Ji Chang Wook's audio guide will be available in the online exhibition "Our World."

Meanwhile, the actor is set to meet the viewers this May with his upcoming K-drama "The Sound of Magic" on Netflix.
