'Along With the Gods' To Be Remade Into An American Television Show
The mega-highest grossing film "Along With the Gods" will finally have its own American remake!
"Along With the Gods" (also known as "Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds") is helmed by the award-winning director Kim Yong Hwa. He is also the man behind its "Along With the Gods: The Last 49 Days."

The film depicts the story of grim reapers who guide their 49th souls to the underworld for trial in order to recover their memories from a thousand years ago.
On Tuesday, April 19, Kim Yong Hwa signed with United Talent Agency, a global agency that represents artists and professionals across the entertainment industry.

United Talent Agency will now take the blockbuster film to be remade into an American series to further cater to its local audiences after its success in countries like Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

In addition to that, United Talent Agency will also exclusively represent the South Korean director in all areas of the United States market.

The "Along With the Gods" director also helmed the megahit dramas "200 Pounds Beauty" and "Take Off."
Currently, he is working on his upcoming sci-fi film "The Moon," which stars South Korean veterans Sol Kyung Gu, Kim Hee Ae, and singer-actor Doh Kyungsoo.

It showcases the story of a lonesome man who was abandoned in space and in dire need of saving.
The principal filming of the new masterpiece finished in the second half of 2021, and it is currently in the post production before finally releasing it to the public.

Singer-actor Doh Kyungsoo, professionally known as EXO D.O., transforms into an astronaut in his new work "The Moon." He also appeared in the popular film "Along With the Gods."
In the new movie, he portrays the role of Sun Woo. He is an isolated man who has been abandoned in outer space after an incriminatingly unfortunate incident.
