Park Bo Young dishes out her relationship with her family and reveals one thing about her precious diary.
The "Doom at Your Service" star recently appeared as guest on tvN's "You Quiz on the Block," where she gets candid and spills her secrets, including why she keeps her diary in a safe.
Why Did Park Bo Young Choose to Keep Her Diary Safe?
During the interview, as noted by a local media outlet, she told host Yoo Jae Suk when and why she started journaling.
Park Bo Young, who started writing in 2014, explained that this is to recall the anecdotes for an upcoming film so she could do better in the interviews like the press conference and more.
In K-dramas, the actress explained that interviews are done right after filming, but it is a different story in movies. They have to wait for the post-production before doing interviews.

As the "Abyss" star mentioned, journaling helps her recall what they did for a particular movie.
Interestingly, her diary does include not only work-related thoughts but also personal things like reflections and even negative emotions.
Park Bo Young then revealed that she "put it in a safe" because her journal contains "a lot of good things" but also "write about sad and angry things," noting that there "could be a big trouble" if her diary will be in the wrong hands.
In addition, she also spoke about her family, sharing that her mom would be "upset" if she saw her journal, adding, "I've recorded all the hardships I endured while working."
Park Bo Young Grateful for Her Siblings
The 32-year-old star shares her relationship with her two sisters as the interview continues.
As obtained by Xports News, the actress mentioned that she and her siblings have a special bond, especially her older sister who sacrificed a lot for their family.
Growing up in Chungcheong Province, she moved to Seoul for her career. Being alone in the big city, her parents asked Park Bo Young's older sister to accompany her. She would cook, clean, and do laundry for her because she was busy because of work.
Moreover, there was also a time when her younger sister got sick and their eldest needed to move back to their province to help her.
Park Bo Young then expressed how thankful she is for her sister, saying, "Honestly, I wasn't able to thank her much. I don't know if it's because we're siblings, but it's hard to sit her down and say, 'Unnie, thank you.'"
Due to this, the actress got the opportunity to return the favor and got her sister a new car so she could "drive a safe car with her baby's car seat."
Park Bo Young is among the sought-after female leads in K-dramaland. Her last small screen appearance was with Seo In Guk in "Doom At Your Service," but she is set to make a comeback for the upcoming medical K-drama "Morning Comes to the Mental Ward."
