Jo Bo Ah gets honest about her thoughts regarding her new drama "Military Prosecutor Doberman" with Ahn Bo Hyun.
The 30-year-old beauty recently played the female lead for tvN's action-packed K-drama, where she took on the role of a revengeful heiress turned military prosecutor Cha Woo In.
During her interview with Ten Asia, the actress spoke about starring in her comeback drama and playing a different character.

Fans usually see Jo Bo Ah headlines the cast of rom-com and fantasy K-dramas like the hit series "Tale of the Nine-Tailed," however, she surprised viewers when she agreed to join the cast of the action series.
Another surprising thing about her comeback K-drama was her hair transformation.
Often donning long voluminous locks, Jo Bo Ah chopped off her hair to play the character of Cha Woo In.
During the interview, she spoke candidly about her initial reaction, admitting that she initially felt "awkward" with short hair and thought her locks were "ruined."
However, she was able to appreciate her new hairstyle and love the benefits of having short hair.
"It's very comfortable. It takes 3 minutes to take a shower," she said, adding "One shampoo is ok. I use only shampoo and body wash."
Interestingly, she shared that she got a lot of praise for her new look and even pointed out that it suited her role.

Another thing that caught the viewers' attention in Jo Bo Ah's new drama was the episode where the actress looked unrecognizable with her red hair.
In an episode of "Military Prosecutor Doberman," Cha Woo In had to go in disguise, hence her ultra-vibrant red wig and red lipstick with black sunglasses to portray the mysterious character.

Released on February 28, "Military Prosecutor Doberman" aired with 16 episodes and officially concluded the drama last April 26.
For its last episode, the tvN action drama garnered an average nationwide rating of 8.6 percent, which is a slight dip from its previous episode and personal best record of 8.8 percent.
With this, the weekday drama remained the top Monday-Tuesday series in its timeslot.
As the cast bid goodbye to the viewers, Jo Bo Ah lauded Ahn Bo Hyun saying it was nice to work with the actor and liked the chemistry they shared on screen.
For her upcoming roles, Jo Bo Ah mentioned that she wanted to play various characters that suit her "while growing up little by little."
After tvN's "Military Prosecutor Doberman," the actress is set to headline a new movie titled "The Hidden Face" with Song Seung Heon.
As for the second season of the fantasy series "Tale of the Nine-Tailed" with Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum, Jo Bo Ah was replaced by "The Penthouse" star Kim So Yeon.
