For legs and lower back, you can do dumbbell squats, trap bar deadlift, barbell back squats, planks, curtsy lunge, and goblet planks. Meanwhile, for the arms and abs, you'll have to do bench dips, triceps overhead extensions, concentration curls, snatch grip deadlift, and alternate biceps curls.
