On Tuesday, May 24, French luxury jewelry and watch brand Cartier announced the "Snowdrop" actress' addition to the family as their newest global ambassador!

Arnaud Carrez, the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Cartier, stated that the luxurious brand wants to embody the magnetic aura of the panther, which was the main reason why they were drawn to the idol-actress.

"With her self-assured style, she is perfect to be the voice of the new generation of creatives with a burning desire to show their talents," he added. "She has creative freedom and she never limits herself."

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK Jisoo shared her delight in becoming a part of Cartier's grand journey. She sees this opportunity as an honor that holds meaning.

"As a member of the Panthère community, I am ready to show unique and distinctive colors," BLACKPINK Jisoo said, raising anticipation. In particular, the idol-actress will be joining Cartier Panthère along with current impressive global ambassadors like Emma Chamberlain, Mariacarla Boscono, Annabelle Wallis and Ella Balinska.

After their intense chemistry in the controversial black comedy series "Snowdrop," BLACKPINK Jisoo and Jung Hae In gained more fans and solidified themselves as new generation actors.

Currently, BLACKPINK Jisoo is gearing up for an upcoming comeback with her fellow members Jennie, Rosé and Lisa. As for solo career, the actress stated in an interview with Rolling Stones that she's not ready to go about her own just yet. However, she will continue her acting journey and diversify her filmography.

On the other hand, "Snowdrop" male lead Jung Hae In just finished his principal filming for his upcoming drama "Connect."

Jung Hae In works alongside Go Kyung Pyo and Kim Hye Jun in the Takashi Miike-directed series.
