While South Korea is probably the only modern country that considers tattoos a taboo, some Korean celebrities took the plunge and chose to have permanent ink on their body.
Having tattoos has long been controversial in the country, with the thought that people with these are antisocial individuals who are either juvenile delinquents, gangsters, or basically those who violate social norms.
However, some believe that having inks plastered on the body forever is a form of self-expression and art.
Interestingly, these Kdrama stars chose to have cool tattoos permanently designed on their bodies despite the stigma.
