While chatting and sharing a meal, Han Ji Min reminisced about the beginning of her acting career.
"I was shy and reserved as a child, but I managed to receive roles," Han Ji Min said. "I wasn't too ambitious about becoming a popular actress, which made me relaxed during auditions."
In 2003, she portrayed the younger version of Song Hye Kyo in "All In." Did you know that she's only one year younger than the actress in real life? Han Ji Min was born in November 1982 while Song Hye Kyo was born in November 1981.

Han Ji Min gained attention for her young and fresh aura. At the time, the actress was in her first year of college. She received a call for an audition, but she didn't go as it overlapped with her family's first vacation out of the country.
However, the production unit hadn't found someone yet when she came back. Because of this, she had the courage to audition.
In particular, Han Ji Min feels grateful for her role in Song Hye Kyo's drama that really helped her hone her acting skills, diversify her filmography and open more doors for her career.

Han Ji Min shows her professionalism and dedication after overcoming her fear of water for her role in the drama "Our Blues."
The actress plays the role of Lee Young Ok, a female diver called "haenyeo" who harvests sea life to make ends meet.
Despite her extreme aquaphobia or fear of water, she still willingly chose to appear in the drama and take on the challenge.
Through her role, she wants to showcase her promising acting skills and acting style that she hasn't shown before in other works.

Due to her twin sister's unfortunate life, Lee Young Ok (Han Ji Min) thought of abandoning her to make her life easier.
But 22 years later, she realizes that her sister never forgot the incident, and guilt and remorse slowly eat her up.
She apologizes to her twin sister and promises to work hard to earn enough money for her medications and surgery.
At the end of the episode, she sees all of her twin sister's drawings and paintings as she weeps. Park Jeong Jun (Kim Woo Bin), whom she pushed away, stays by her side, comforting her.
