Jeon Mi Do made a surprise appearance at the 67th Memorial Day Ceremony.
Observed every 6th of June, the annual ceremony honors the fallen Soldiers and civilians during the Korean war.

For the 67th Memorial Day, all eyes and ears are on the 39-year-old South Korean actress who joined the celebration and participated in the ceremony by reciting a letter titled "A Grandfather's Promise."
According to Osen, a live broadcast via KBS at the National Cemetery in Seoul featured the highlights during Memorial Day.
Jeon Mi Do was spotted wearing an all-black ensemble as she read the message written by Jeong Ji Hee, the granddaughter of the late Army Brigadier General Hwang Gyu Man.
With a calm voice, the actress recites a short yet heartfelt letter that includes lines that say, "It's been two years since I couldn't see my grandfather's warm smile. Grandpa always said 'a life in debt' and 'a life of bonuses.' I didn't understand. I remember the story my grandfather once told me."
The 67th Memorial Day Ceremony was attended by over 5,000 people of the bereaved families and representatives, as well as President Yoon Seok Yeol and his wife, Kim Kun Hee.
Over Twitter, fans expressed how proud they are of Jeon Mi Do being able to read the lines while holding back her tears.
On the other note, some fans mentioned how gorgeous the actress is with her slightly long hair like the ones she had during "Hospital Playlist."
