HIGHLIGHT Dongwoon, Kim Sejeong and Nam Yoon Su are set to deliver an inspiring rom-com series every Friday and Saturday with "Today's Webtoon"!
"Today's Webtoon" is a remake of the 2016 Japanese drama "Sleepeeer Hit!," which tells the story of On Ma Eum, a former judo athlete who struggles to adjust into becoming a true webtoon editor in the very competitive industry.
On Tuesday, June 7, Son Dongwoon's agency, Around Us Entertainment, stated that the singer will take on the role of Oh Yoon in the upcoming SBS TV series "Today's Webtoon" along with Kim Sejeong and Nam Yoon Su.
Kim Sejeong stars as On Ma Eum, a former Judo athlete who dreams of becoming a webtoon writer, after receiving comfort from webtoons during her hardships.
Meanwhile, Nam Yoon Su plays the role of Goo Joon Young, a new employee in the webtoon editorial department with high IQ. After meeting On Ma Eum, he sincerely puts his heart into everything he does.
Son Dong Woon transforms into Oh Yoon, a handsome webtoon writer who gained popularity as a celebrity through television appearances.
His addition to the cast ensemble is expected to make the story more vibrant as he gets involved with the quirky and adorable workers of Neon Webtoon's editorial department for his new project.

Kim Sejeong's 'Today's Webtoon' To Premiere This July
With the excitement and curiosity about the drama, the production unit of "Today's Webtoon" teases fans even more as they confirm its premiere date!
"The drama will meet everyone on July 29 to bring comfort and entertainment to the audiences," the production unit said.
"Today's Webtoon" is a work filled with sincerity, warmth and healing, and it is expected to give clarity to the youth who are standing at a crossroad of dreams and reality like Kim Sejeong's character.
Meanwhile, "Today's Webtoon" is helmed by producing director Jo Soo Won, the mind behind the classic dramas "I Hear Your Voice" and "Pinocchio" to name a few.
Kim Sejeong and Nam Yoon Su's "Today's Webtoon" premieres on Friday, July 29 for the first time, and will occupy the time slot of Seo Hyun Jin and Hwang In Yeop's "Why Her?."
