A news outlet cited the third accuser's claims, revealing text messages from a KakaoTalk group chat dated May 10, 2012.

According to a report, the alleged victim is a woman, who claimed she was forcibly invited to the group chat and was bullied simply because the actor's friends disliked her.

The coincident happened during their senior year. The group would take turns saying nasty and hateful messages such as defamatory insults, sexual harassment, and even negative comments regarding her looks.

In addition, the woman also claims that she reported the incident to the school, and the perpetrators were punished with mandated community service within the school.

Following the claims of the new accuser, Management SOOP quickly responded and pointed out that the messages were just a "fragment of a scene" and "did not reveal the whole story of the situation at the time.

In addition, Nam Joo Hyuk's agency said that the claims about the group, including the actor reaching out after ten years, are "untrue."

In a statement obtained by the same report, Management SOOP admitted that it is challenging to "disprove the claims" because the public thinks these malicious contents are true.

"No matter how much our agency and the actor counter by stating that they are not true because this malicious content has already been reported as if it is true, it is very difficult to disprove the claims and prove that he is innocent."

Despite these, Nam Joo Hyuk's agency said that they are working on planning "to speedily file lawsuits" against the second and first accusers as well as the news outlets and YouTubers who spread "unconfirmed and groundless claims or rumors."

To recall, two accusers came forward and revealed that the actor used to be a bully and belonged to a group known to harass fellow schoolmates.

Meanwhile, Dispatch recently revealed the results of an investigation of 20 respondents, all of whom are related to Nam Joo Hyuk.

Some of them were his former schoolmates and teachers, all vouching for the actor's innocence.
