Kim Seon Ho Joins 'Touching the Void' Press Conference
According to a news portal, Kim Seon Ho will have his first public appearance as the actor joins the press conference of "Touching the Void."
The media briefing is scheduled for July 20 attended by the 36-year-old actor and his co-stars Shin Sung Min, Lee Jin Hee, Lee Hwi Jong, Oh Jung Taek, and more to discuss their roles.
"Touching the Void" gained a huge hype after it confirmed Kim Seon Ho as one of the main characters.
The theater play officially premiered on July 8 at Art One Theater 2 in Daehangno, Seoul, and will run until September 18.
Because of the support and how fans missed seeing Kim Seon Ho, the tickets for the stage play went sold out just days before the debut.
"Touching the Void" is based on the novel, highlighting the real-life story of two British mountaineers Joe Simpson and Simon Yates, who had a near-life and death experience after their descent from the summit of Siula Grande in the Andes.
For Kim Seon Ho's theater play comeback, he transforms into hiker Joe Simpson, one of the first mountaineers in history to reach the West Face of Siula Grande.
Interestingly, "Touching the Void" is the actor's first theater play after going under the radar because of the massive scandal involving his ex-girlfriend.
At the time, it was the height of the popularity of the K-drama "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" where he played the beloved Hong Doo Shik alongside Hallyu star Shin Min Ah.
