Daum reported on August 25 that Song Ji Hyo's exclusive contract with Creative Group ING will expire this coming October. The actress has been with the agency since it was established in 2019. After almost three years of working together, both sides decided not to continue their partnership after thorough discussions.
There are several options, even rumors about Song Ji Hyo transferring to a new company or establishing a one-man agency, "The Witch's Diner" star reportedly plans to work independently for the time being.

Meanwhile, Song Ji Hyo continues to star in the longest Korean variety show, "Running Man" alongside Yoo Jae Suk, Kim Jong Kook, Haha, Ji Suk Jin, Jeon So Min, and Yang Se Chan. At the beginning of August, the show already had a new PD as PD Choi Bo Pil stepped down from his position, since he is set to produce another exciting variety show with SBS.
