Viewers lauded the great on-screen chemistry between Kim Bum and RAIN as the duo play the lead stars of the medical fantasy K-drama "Ghost Doctor."
Released in January 2022, the tvN series wrapped up the season with a decent nationwide rating of 7.953 percent. However, after it was released on Netflix, Kim Bum and RAIN's K-drama entered the streaming giant's top 10 TV shows for weeks.
"Ghost Doctor" follows the story of a skilled doctor surgeon named Cha Young Min, who is known for his exceptional talent in the operating room, however, he harbors arrogant and selfish traits.
One day, he finds himself in a deep coma after he was involved in a car accident. To make things more complicated, a rookie doctor and the heir of the hospital, Ko Seung Tak, was able to see and communicate with Cha Young Min.
To save more lives, he uses Seung Tak's body to perform challenging surgeries.
The two doctors unite for one mission despite having opposite personalities and medical abilities.
Months after the K-drama wraped up the season, here are the upcoming and current K-dramas of "Ghost Doctor" stars Kim Bum and RAIN.
RAIN
"Ghost Doctor" is RAIN's comeback to the small screen after his 2019 series "Welcome 2 Life."
Interestingly, despite being active both in music and acting, viewers get to see the South Korean heartthrob make a special appearance in Kim Hye Soo's historical K-drama "The Queen's Umbrella."
Apart from it, RAIN has a slew of tv shows this 2022, which includes Mnet's " Be Mbitious" where he appeared as the show's host, followed by the adventure comedy show "Season B Season 3."
