While she's been out of the entertainment spotlight for almost three years, Ha Ji Won remains prominent as her comeback drama "Curtain Call" scores a high rating on its first episode broadcast.
'Curtain Call' Starring Ha Ji Won & Kang Ha Neul Premieres With High Rating
KBS drama "Curtain Call" headed by Ha Ji Won, Kang Ha Neul, and Go Doo Shim made an impressive mark as the drama immediately recorded a viewership rating of 7.2 percent as reported by Nielsen Korea.
The series airs every Monday and Tuesday at 9:50 p.m. (KST), which was previously occupied by Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young's "The Law Cafe."
"Curtain Call" is Ha Ji Won's acting comeback following the JTBC drama "Chocolate" in 2019. Though she took a hiatus, the actress still has the same excitement and passion for working on and off the camera.
It is also her first drama teamed up with award-winning actor Kang Ha Neul, who just finished his revenge-mystery series "Insider" last July. Since the first episode recorded a good rating, it is expected that viewers will continue to support the drama and the actors in the upcoming episodes.
