Kim Hyang Gi returns in "Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2" with an impressive character comeback.

The 22-year-old actress reprises her role as Seo Eun Woo, set to deliver heart-fluttering moments with fellow lead stars Kim Min Jae.

Interestingly, "Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2" will showcase Kim Hyang Gi's character growth transforming her as a budding doctor.

From being a daughter of a nobleman, Lady Seo breaks away from her normal life and joined Yoo Se Poong, played by Kim Min Jae, and Kye Ji Han, portrayed by Kim Sang Kyung, in Sorak Village.

tvN teases fans with Kim Hyang Gi's return in "Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2" as a budding doctor.

In the latest still cuts, her character, Seo Eun Woo, transforms into a dedicated rookie doctor, who not just understands her patients but also cares for them deeply.

The skilled physician Yoo Se Poong along with the Gyesu Clinic family members return to Season 2 this 2023.

Helmed by Park Won Gook of Special Labor Inspector Jo and Kang Hee Ju of "tvN O'PENing: Stock of High School," "Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2" is back with more entertaining and intriguing moments featuring the physicians of the Joseon era.

After airing the historical medical series' season finale, tvN announced that the Kim Min Jae-led K-drama will have a sequel, airing in 2023.

After months of filming, the broadcast network confirmed the release date of "Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2."

With this, viewers would get to catch the pilot episode on January 11, airing every Wednesday and Thursday. The 10-episode series will have its broadcast on tvN.

As for "Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2" cast, Kim Min Jae, Kim Hyang Gi, and Kim Sang Kyung will headline the sequel, along with new lead stars Kang Young Seok of "Mental Coach Jegal" and rookie actress Woo Da Vi as Lee Seo Yi, Poong's first love.

Adding to the list of cast members is Ahn Chang Hwan, who will reprise his role as Yoo Se Poong's loyal servant, Man Bok.

Moreover, the cast also includes Kim Soo An as Ib Bun, Yeon Bo Ra as Lady Nam Hae, veteran actress Jeon Guk Hyang as the village Grandma, and child actor Han Chang Min as Jang Gun.
