Now that the actress is slowly returning to her entertainment activities, the "Parasite" star details her recovery after being diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer.
Park So Dam Gets Honest About Her Recovery From Cancer
As mentioned by outlets, the 31-year-old actress spoke about her experience undergoing papillary thyroid cancer surgery. She also shared her thoughts about her comeback movie "Phantom" with Honey Lee, Sol Kyung Gu, and "Squid Game" star Park Hae Soo.
During the press conference of Phantom" Park So Dam shed tears after sharing her story with Honey Lee. She revealed that her co-star's voice "comforts" her, especially during at the most challenging phase of her life.
Praising Honey Lee, Park So Dam tells the media that she found a special person through her "Phantom" co-star.
"I felt like I had met a really good person at a time when I was very confused by myself. The energy I received from Lee throughout the filming was great," she said.
Interestingly, besides her new movie, Park So Dam will also be returning to the small screen with an upcoming drama "Death's Game" with Seo In Guk.
